UNOLS 2026 Ship Scheduling Kick-Off Meeting will be held on February 19 & 20, 2025 at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science in Miami, FL. February 19 will be a full day and February 20 will be a half day, ending around 12:00 pm.

2025 DeSSC Community Meeting
Come celebrate Deep Submergence science and get insights on science projects that have used the NDSF vehicles as well as the DeSSC business.
The meeting will be held at WHOI in the David Center, on February 12, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The UNOLS Arctic Marine Research Capabilities Committee will be hosting an ancillary meeting in conjunction with AGU24 at the Westin Washington, D.C. Downtown. It will take place on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 12:30 to 1:30. Please note that the room in the hotel has changed, the meeting is now being held in Meeting Room 15.

The 2024 Fall Arctic Marine Research Capabilities Committee Meeting will take place in Seattle, WA on 14 & 15 November.
A block of room has been reserved at the Graduate Seattle. The room rate is $179 a night. This is the official meeting hotel.
